Q: How does HLife redefine health?
A: To HLifers, health is not about being functional. It’s about being optimal. Health begins in your mind first and then it effects your body and the planet. True health redefined is about living the BEST, most positive, thriving and empowered version of your whole self – mind, body and spirit. It’s about being in the most productive mind set, high immunity, conscious awareness, clarity of purpose, enjoyment of life. Health is the real luxury. It’s the real wealth. Health is about self-discovery, self-knowledge and understanding of the internal reality that then generates the external reality that we call life.

Q: What does holistic mean?
A: Holism refers to the whole being greater than the sum of its parts. A holistic approach to health means that the well-being and harmony of the mind, body and spirit together as a whole, create a better state of health than if we only focused on one part. You are a compendium of all of your parts mind, body, emotions, spirit, and you should constantly view yourself as such.

Q: What is healthy living?
A: Healthy living involves taking responsibility of your own life. This includes focusing on positive thoughts, eating for nutrition and knowing what you as an individual need for nourishment, being in harmony, achieving fulfillment, teaching and learning something each day, surrounding yourself with like-minded people who support your growth, and not allowing harmful things into your . It also entails being proactive about getting and staying informed on what it takes to be holistically healthy, and applying all of the knowledge that you need to lead and create the best version of your life with inner peace, balance, harmony, order and love.
