Silvie,

If you have joined with the partner who is not with the same of yours views then you have to show affection in fulfilling her needs which may be silly at your point of view, provide support where he or she needs your guidance or doing things with out direction. From my research i have seen many partners got separated for not getting these support and these requirements have to be fulfilled to start with till he or she believes what is love for "Happy and long lasting relationship". Finally I am concluding if you fulfill the needs of your partner which can be of any form then they your relationship will be ever green, prosperous and long lasting.

Silvie, "What is love?" is really good for the adults and I would like add additional information.

Love is affection, care and pleasure on what you do is subjective and vary from person to person. Subjective vary from person to person means some people would like to play games/to read books/to watch cinemas/to play with children, etc.

Liking and loving is separated by a small barrier. The concern you show it your neighbor is liking but to your parents, wife and childern is love.

During child good days we are dependents and learn love from our Parents or guardians and they can be relatives/well wishers/care takers/Teachers by their affection, commitments and guidance. I would say that all attributes you mentioned below love should be taught by the Parents or guardians.

Once the children have grown up and they will know what is love and it is mandatory for them to have the partner with the the quality "Looking at the same direction".

In my reasearch what I found:
If you ask a person why you love, he or she always will have a reason. The person who was loved is capable fulfilling that through out the life time then that love will never end

Love doesn't easily define itself, and it differs from one person to another. One thing is certain, however - you know it when you see it.
