Excitotoxins: The Taste That Kills You | Dr. Russell Blaylock Explains How This Chemical is Being Added to All Foods

I came across this video in which Dr. Blaylock describes how all diseases of the brain are caused by excitotoxins, and I thought I’d share it with all those interested in keeping their brain healthy.

Excitotoxins are substances added to foods and beverages that literally stimulate neurons to death, causing brain damage. These substances are linked to the neurodegenerative diseases Alzheimer’s, Dymentia, Lou Gehrig’s Disease and more. Excitotoxins are found in ingredients such as Aspartame (Nutrasweet®), Sucralose, (Splenda) cysteine, hydrolyzed protein, aspartic acid and the more commonly known Monosodium Glutamate (MSG).As if all of this were not a lot to take in to begin with, did you know that MSG goes under at least 30 different names in a label, including the word “spices”? By law, if a food truly had spices, they would actually have to be listed. But the word “spices” is now, as per the FDA, the alias for MSG.

If we hope to know what we’re eating and eat what we want (especially what won’t hurt us), we need to open our eyes, read labels and vote with our wallets. The consumer has the power to demand clean, safe, nutrient-dense foods that ensure the evolution and elevation of our species.

It is crucial we stand together as a unit and boycott the processed foods that are destroying the health of the human race. We deserve a safe, and thriving planet. And guess who is going to ensure that happens? We are, us, paying consumers that have free will and choice.  The fate of the planet and our human race is in our hands.  Lets make a conscious choice, one filled with knowledge of what is, understanding of how things work and love for ourselves and others.

HIDDEN SOURCES OF MSG: Some companies in the food industry seem to be on a constant quest to disguise MSG added to our food. To know the other names this tricky additive goes by, check below for a partial list of most common of the bunch. The FDA does not require labeling in the powerful excitotoxins aspartate and L-cysteine, names you may have seen in your cosmetics and shampoos. I dare you to play a game: How many foods can you find that have MSG disguised? Keep count and report back – you’ll be surprised at what you find.
